ORDERING:

PAYMENT:
We accept Matercard, Visa or Discover cards. Actual shipping costs will be added to the order.
TAX-EXEMPT:
If you have a Certificate of Exemption MN ST3 Form please let us know so we can keep it on file. We will apply the proper tax to your order. Forms available at www.taxes.tax.mn.us
Minnesota residents are subject to 6.5% sales tax. Minneapolis residents subject to 7% sales tax.
BACK-ORDER POLICY:
Most of our merchandise is available for immediate shipment and orders are processed within 24 hours. Special orders will take longer.
If we should be out of stock on an item, we will back-order that item and ship the remainder of your order. If you prefer no back-orders, please let us know. We do charge shipping on back-orders.
SPECIAL ORDERS:
All special order items must be prepaid.
There will be no returns on special orders unless the item was sent in error by R.T. Duggan Company.
RETURNS:
Please do not return any merchandise without prior authorization.
Authorized returns may be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
There are no returns allowed on Video Tapes, CDs, or Books unless item is defective or sent in error by R.T. Duggan Company.
DAMAGED/MISSING GOODS :
Please take a minute to inspect your order upon delivery. For any shipment, please keep all damaged containers for inspection. We will place the claim with the shipping company. Also, please check your packing slip to verify we have not back-ordered an item you may believe is missing.
HANDLING CHARGES :
A $2.00 charge is added to each package to cover packaging and handling expenses.
SHIPPING :
We ship UPS residential ground in the U.S. In Minnesota, most go via Speedy (a local, lower cost delivery company). We also ship using USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail for items that can fit in the boxes supplied by the Post Office. We try to ship as inexpensive as we can. Due to the nature of the items we sell, we will pack your merchandise the best way possible. The final shipping cost will be determined upon order processing.
